Hello, I need to programmatically turn off 3g on the sim card in android and then turn it on again so that the ip of the sim card changes. no matter which way. either reset the sim card, or turn on airplane mode, or turn on network search ... somehow programmatically and without root rights and from version 7-8 and up ..

Or do it yourself with the help of Tasker, Automate or the like.
