How to get cache offline using Volley?

Good afternoon!
Began to explore the possibilities of the Volley library. If I get a Cache-Control: max-age=n header from the server, then offline I get the cache for n seconds. After the expiration of this time at the next request, the data is no longer received from the cache. And how can I get the contents of the cache when the device is always offline?
