Full keyboard | Android 2.1?

Good day!
There was a need for a full-fledged keyboard for Android (for ssh), it seems to be no problem - I downloaded it, tried to install Hacker's Keyboard, but the message “There was an error while parsing the package” ... oh yes ... the application is for Android 2.2 and higher, but I have 2.1. I climbed a bunch of sites, including I was here - nothing good.
In general, the question is: is there an analogue under 2.1?

In my opinion, all that remains for you is to follow this bug: code.google.com/p/hackerskeyboard/issues/detail?id=15

Well, it remains an option to use bluetooth keyboard, but it already smacks of perversions

You can link your computer (or any device) to your phone and use the first as a keyboard for the second. WiFi Keyboard.

Swype should suit you. There are arrows, and letters, and numbers. Everything switches pretty quickly among themselves, plus a good base of words.
