Is it possible to transfer data directly to the device via TUYA bypassing an external server?

There is a smart lock that integrates with api. Remote opening works like this - a request is sent to the server, then a response from it and the lock opens. So the question is - is it possible to somehow access the lock directly, bypassing the server?
The task is to make it possible to open the lock via api without delay from the internal network
