Is it possible to transfer and update a ZFS snapshot to another storage?

Good afternoon! There is a server with a PostgreSQL database, the size is 60 TB. Lives on mounted storage, on a zfs pool. The backup is made with a zfs snapshot. Also, there is another storage, capacious, but very slow, on nl-sas disks. If you make a backup on it, the wal number will swell a lot. I really want to have a backup in addition to snapshots. Is it possible to somehow transfer a snapshot to a slow storage, and then keep it up to date with diffs?
