Sending snmp statistics about zfs partitions?

There is an ubuntu 14.04 server with a zfs pool, which is monitored in nagios.
The problem is that snmp does not give information about zfs partitions.
Through simple manipulations, it turned out that the data on partitions is not in hrStorageTable. Requests for oid do not give out the partitions I need.
How to be? where to look for the cause? There are no errors in the logs, I could not google anything on this topic.
