Is it possible to transfer an application from one developer to another?

I plan to start developing games for mobile phones (for a start - on Google Play), placing them on behalf of an individual. But in the future I plan to open a company and place new games on behalf of this company. And now I'm thinking - will it be possible then to transfer my games, registered under me personally, to the company's account?
