Is it possible to transfer a site on UMI (in the cloud) to Wordpress?

There is a site on UMI (in the cloud).
I plan to transfer the site from UMI to WORDPRESS.
Dear experts and practitioners!
Can you please tell me if UMI (cloud) is a cross-platform CMS?
Is it possible to quickly migrate a database from UMI to WP? Or just re-assemble everything if you want on a different engine?
I would be very grateful for your feedback!

In general, anything can be transferred to WP. The main thing is to determine what we have available and how much manual work is needed.
I am not familiar with UMI and have not come across it, but if it has a database, then you can try to transfer it to WordPress. I wrote a script that rewrote the database from one system under WP - this is not a problem.
It is quite possible that somewhere there is such a plugin (not in the official repository) that does this.
But if the site is static, then most likely you will have to work with the handles.
