Is it possible to track what is currently loading when the site is opened?
So it goes.
I don't even know what tags to attach.
An interesting question is: can I control and monitor the loading of site elements when it is opened?
For example, first load the entire html, then css, then js, at the end of the picture.
Or at least just to receive information that such and such a file or picture is currently being loaded?

You can track the download of files using the Developer Tools (F12 -> Network). How can I change the order in which files are loaded? Here you have to google. You can’t write everything, and I swim in it myself.
At a minimum, scripts should be included right before the closing body tag so that they load after html , etc. Do you mean it?
