Is it possible to track changes in a module without reinstalling?

Made a small module for joomla. I added it through the admin panel, and I want to make changes in it, for example, in js. How can I see my changes without reinstalling my module? In Drupal, it is enough to rebuild applications using the console utility, but what is there in Joomla for this? Just clearing the cache doesn't work for me.

I always make changes to the installed modules in Joomla and they take effect immediately, no reinstallation of the module is required. If you don't see any changes, then most likely it's the cache - either the browser's cache, or the Joomla cache, which needs to be cleared every time you make any changes to Joomla modules, templates, plugins or components.
