Joomla: Wrong language selected in component. How to fix?

Joomla: Wrong language selected in component.
The default language in the control panel is Russian
On the frontend everything is in Russian
There are two files in the component
\site\languages\en-GB\en-GB.com_comname.ini
\site\languages\ru-RU\ru-RU.com_comname.ini
Data is pulled from en-GB.com_comname.ini
What could be the problem?
Somewhere else can the language be set separately for the component?
