Is it possible to throw real IPs into the internal network through a router?

It's not exactly the same, but it might work. The truth is not the fact that the router supports more than one machine (address) in the DMZ.
Try to set this up in simple Linux on a desktop machine, if it works, then put dd-wrt, openwrt (whatever you like) on the router and repeat what you have done there. I think it should work.
On the question of how - look for the implementation of the DMZ. On home routers, it means one ip outside and one host in the DMZ. If you have 5 ip, then configure according to the template, here you don’t even need to forward ip by itself (the internal computer can have a private address).
