Is it possible to take data from the APC sensor bypassing the A-link port?

Good day everyone!
In general, the APC AP9520T sensor was lying around. It has an incoming and outgoing A-link port, which looks like a regular RJ-45.
Is there any possibility, for starters, just start it (is there any scheme for desoldering contacts and supplying the necessary voltage to it, as far as I understand, according to the technical documentation, it needs 24V, ~ 0.2A).
And, it will be great if it is possible to remove data from it directly.
