Is it possible to synchronize the server file system to a home computer?

There is a server on Ubuntu, there is a computer with Windows.
Is there software to be able to create a new drive in windows explorer that has the server's file system, the files on which are updated asynchronously when changed?

If the server is enabled - no.
If it's off, no problem.
