I applied for an Internet connection, they connect with a twisted pair cable. About 4 years ago I was their client, then I left for Rostelecom. At the same time, the cable above the apartment was cut off. They will connect only in 2 days, but I need it now. I called support and said that you don’t need to pull the wire, just connect me and that’s it, they said to wait for the master. Is it possible to connect to the cable yourself, and if not, how can this whole thing be accelerated.

There network equipment should be configured. If you have access to the operator's control network and know how to configure, then go ahead - connect the wire and configure.
