Is it possible to stick a screw from one ESXi to another?

There was a trouble, the host machine failed.

There was another PC
. I installed VMWare ESXi 6.7 on it and connected the screw from the old machine.
The screw sees the section too, but does not give access to the section.

Is there any way to convince the system that this is its partitioned disk?

If this is not a piece of hardware raid, but a full-fledged VMFS volume, the system should see it. In extreme cases, you may have to re-sign it and the machines, what to demolish and re-add from the inventory (I had this when upgrading 5.5 -> 6.0)
