Is it possible to start developing for the iPhone without any difficulties with account activation?

There is Mac. I can buy an iPhone. I will buy in the store, not a new model. Purely for development. That is, it will not be jailbroken.
At the initial stage, I want to be able to at least run the programs I wrote on my iPhone and use them. At least. Preferably without any of these activations.
Then already - to distribute, at least through my site. But, that's later.
In general, will I need to register, activate with Apple, or do something similar?

Yes, in order to run the programs I wrote on my iPhone and use them , you need to register on the Apple website as a developer. It's free and doesn't require the infamous $100. You can just poke around / learn with console output just like that.

You can start without even having an iPhone and registering somewhere, the main thing is that there is a poppy, you download xcode and a mustache on it, there is an emulator (albeit a truncated one, for example, there is no camera). You will need money if you decide to put it in the market, if only for yourself, then it is installed through xcode, you need to connect the iphone to the computer (if the poppy is in a virtual machine, then there may be problems with this, not on every equipment usb is correctly forwarded from the host to the guest machine) .
