Is it possible to speed up the delivery of letters that leave the site via smtp Yandex?

Site on Bitrix site management, deployed on a virtual server.
Sending mail via Yandex smtp is configured (mail for a domain in Yandex Connect).
.msmtprc settings:
host smtp.yandex.ru
port 587
keepbcc on
auth on
tls on
tls_certcheck off
Plus, of course, the account, logfile, from, user, password fields are filled in.
In BUS, agents work on cron, not on hits.
Site traffic is high, there are a lot of mail events.
Delivery of emails from the site is very slow - up to 15 minutes after the actual sending of the event.
Maybe someone knows.
Is there any way to speed up the delivery? Maybe there are technical or organizational (through requests to Yandex) ways?
Thank you!

15 minutes. the standard interval for checking a mailbox by the
gmail mail client with the native client works in conjunction a little differently.
a push arrives on the phone, that you have a letter 250ms after it got into the mailbox.
Therefore, show the Received: from kludges
, it will be clear from them whether the matter is in the client or somewhere between the hosts.

I would advise you to set up a mail server (if you have vps / vds), set up DKIM and everything else and send letters through it, not smtp
