Began to get acquainted with Bitrix. But after creating two infoblocks, the "Create infoblock" button disappeared. I understand this is a limitation that is embedded in the test version? Or is it just my kink? Since at the first stage, poked anywhere.

No, this is not a trial period limitation. The "First Site" edition has a limit of 2 infoblocks.
More precisely, 2 infoblocks and 2 infoblock properties.
