Is it possible to somehow use branching in email rules in MS Outlook 2016?

I want to make rules by type

Если письмо пришло от <My useless bot>
переместить его в папку <Bot's reports>
Если письмо содержит в заголовке "Succesfull" пометить как прочитанное
Иначе показать уведомление (Display Desktop Alert)
Не применять других правил.

Actually the problem is that I don't see how to make any branches in the rules editor. (the problem is only here, the rest is just an example for context)
Any ideas?
ps
We need a solution that works in Outlook 2016. For other versions, it is interesting only in terms of "what it is there at all."
pps
_ I couldn’t google anything at all on the essence of the issue, I put it as a question of medium complexity.

@RiseOfDeath

each rule is a unique branch of your mail sorting algorithm, branch as much as you like.
