What can cause corporate mail to not work on GoDaddy?

I work with new clients. They created a corporate email for me and sent me an invite to GoDaddy with an email address and a temporary password. I log in, after which the following window opens (screen). Tried in different browsers. Cleared cache, restarted computer. Nothing works. American company. What can be wrong? Maybe some kind of IP restriction?
