Is it possible to somehow protect the project from copying?

We work in collaboration. We work with passion. There are 2 other people besides me. In collaborate they are appointed as managers. The game is already 70% done, but I'm scared that someone at the end of development can make a build and upload it on their own behalf? Or am I dumb?

You either trust the team and work, or you don't and leave the project. You cannot work on a project if there is no trust between the core team members. Yes, theoretically any of the developers who have access to the entire project can publish the project on their behalf. You can play it safe by drawing up an agreement between team members, determining the procedure for publishing the game, but in this case, if the agreement is violated, you will have to deal with it through the courts and it will be very expensive.
