Is it possible to somehow increase the zone of the moment when cursors appear to resize windows?

Good afternoon.
In recent days, I often began to work on a computer in parallel using a pen (graphic tablet). In this regard, a problem arose - it became more difficult to catch the edges of the windows with a pen in order to change their size. The mouse (perhaps of course due to experience) is much easier. The cursor does not "want to transform into a double-headed arrow" to resize the window. You have to strain the brush a lot when you rush to the edge.
The question is, is there a way to make this job easier? Let's say, is it possible to slightly increase this border (zone) of sensitivity of the edges of the window with the usual windows tools, so that the cursor switches to the window resizing mode? Already literally extra 1-2 mm of the screen would greatly help in this.

As a result, what I was able to do for comfortable work:
Entering the registry along the path HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics
I changed the value of BorderWidth to " -150 "
This led to the fact that the "logical" window frame increased slightly. This is visually visible in the form of a slightly enlarged "header" of the window. But at the same time, the left, right, and bottom thicknesses of the window borders remained the same (minimal thin). Apparently this is a feature of 10ki. But the logical (I will call it that) the width of the side and bottom borders still increased. This can be seen by the reaction of the cursor at the border. Now she's earlier. The -150 value is purely aesthetic. Less - there will be a small cursor trigger zone, a large one - there will be a bold cap.
I do not recommend changing the value of PaddedBorderWidth . It basically leads to the same results (playing with numbers) but in some applications it can "remove" the top border of the window, so that the cursor for resizing the window will no longer appear there (it will not be possible to stretch the window beyond the top border) - for example, in the Sticky Notes application .
I saw programmers on other forums doing something with the ResizeGrip parameter creating a whole code, but this is still too complicated for me.
As a result, now when I move somewhere at a distance of 5mm (screen 27 inches 2K resolution) to the corner of my pen window, a cursor appears. This greatly improved the comfort and speed of work.

Element:
Active Window Border : Size 10
well, you can already do as much as you like
Well, or change the theme - this option is available in all operating systems to change the theme.
