Is it possible to somehow get the Bitrix24 key from the backup?

You need to put the boxed version on the server. There is an option to recover completely from a backup, but there is an old database and it is not needed in principle. So the question is, is there a separate licensing file somewhere that you can fish out and create a new Bitrix?

The license key is located in the bitrix/license_key.php file - it can be used to deploy a clean box of the latest version.
