Good afternoon. I want to change the image from the logo on Bitrix in the admin panel, but if you hover over the image with the mouse, the edit button does not appear. Why is that?

The logo changes in the portal settings, this is stated in the documentation: https://helpdesk.bitrix24.ru/open/1408338/
The principles from Bitrix Site Management do not work for Bitrix24.
