Is it possible to somehow change the reviewer in iTunesConnect?

Is it possible to somehow change the reviewer in iTunesConnect? It seems to me that he has already become inadequate in relation to my application. I've already submitted my 5th edit of my metadata and I'm getting rejections all the time.

History of events:
1st reject. They canceled the update, indicating that the metadata in the title/subtitle contains keywords, usually they attach a specific phrase, they didn’t attach it here - I changed what I found, sent it for verification.

2nd reject. Again, the update was canceled, indicating that the metadata in the title/subtitle contains keywords, this time indicating Chinese localizations. I just took someone else's title page, which was published in the store, changed two words in places and sent it for verification.

3rd reject. The same again, the Chinese title was not liked. I took another application, again changed two words in places. Sent for verification.

4th reject. Chinese localization has passed. Now I didn’t like the metadata in Russian localization, it was written HD 4K, changed it, at the same time changed it in the Ukrainian version, it looked like HD 4k 3d, then I removed it altogether.

5th reject. This is where I got bombed. Reject came to metadata which is not present. After the 4th rejection, I changed the Ukrainian title by removing HD 4k 3d altogether, and the rejection came with the justification that they are this metadata.

Here I don’t understand how they look at all.

When resubmitted, the application really gets to the same reviewer. Lately I've encountered a couple of strange rejects, even correspondence in RC does not help.
There is only one way out - to file an appeal .
