I want to publish an app for iPhones/iPads.
Bought a certificate.
What is the difference between itunes and app store? Should I post here and there?

The AppStore is just a section of the huge iTunes Store, and if my memory serves me, I need and can just deploy to the app store. iTunes Connect is here to help.
