Is it possible to solve the equation with simple mat. operators?

Here is the essence of the question:
There is a set of values A (0, 10, 20, 30 ...), one constant (100) and the final sum
From mat. operators available + - * / ()
We want the total to always be more than 20 of A+100, except for the value when A=0
Something like this
0 + 100 = 100
10 + 100 = 130
20 + 100 = 140
30 + 100 = 150

Is it possible to write such a formula?

@dimonchik2013

B = A + 20 + 100 [1, ...]
B = A + 100 [0]
100 == not equal to 120
or the function is written as segments, or there is no solution in analytical form
