Is it possible to solder a tulip?

There is a left column and a tulip came off from it. I'm not good at soldering, but can I solder this cable to such a tulip? I understand one wire to the center of the plug and the other from the outside, but is there a difference between these two wires

Yes you can. Yes, there is a difference, there is 1+ second -.
The center goes to the "core", the second goes to the top, where there is a "lock", there is even a "hole".
Ideally, of course, look at the other column as it is done, but usually "marked", in your case with a white stripe, this is " minus", but who knows these Chinese)

Yes, I have. To explain it, you have to get into the theory of stereophony.
In order for the sound panorama created by stereo speakers to be correct, the speakers in them must be connected in phase . Roughly speaking, this means that in monophonic mode, the membranes of the speakers should move in the same way: if one is forward, then the other is also forward. If the wires on one are mixed up, then the speakers will be switched on out of phase : if one membrane goes forward, then the other goes back on the same signal.
Now about how to solder correctly. To do this, you will have to check both options for soldering. Put the speakers side by side and give them the same signal (i.e. monophonic, stereo is not good), and be sure to listen from a distance (from a distance much larger than the size of the speakers), what is the total volume for both options. The correct soldering option will be the one in which the volume is greater, due to the obvious fact that the speakers help each other (in-phase) and do not oppose (anti-phase).
