Is it possible to set up proxying of domain names through Mikrotik?

Good afternoon, can you please advise.
I did proxying on nginx from a subdomain to a specific ip.
There is an external ip (90.90.90.90) to which domains are hooked, ports are forwarded to servers on Mikrotik, but you have to go like this: test1.domen.ru -> server1 test2.domen.ru:port -> server2, etc.
Is it possible to set up a check on Mikrotik as on nginx, if it came from a specific domain, then redirect to a specific ip?

Put a haproxy behind it and route as much as you like

No.
This is a router, such functionality is not needed on it. Keep using nginx/haproxy.

It is forbidden. Because at the level at which port proxying works in general (and in Mikrotik in particular) there are no domain names .
