Is it possible to set up a webserver on OpenPli?

Does anyone know what OpenPli is? In general, this is an image for satellite receivers on Enigma 2. A small web server is needed. As usual, in this case, I decided to install Lighttpd, but it did not turn out to be in turnips. Compile from source or something else? Previously, I simply did not encounter a situation where Lichtpd does not have a repository.
