Is it possible to set up a SASS + JADE project in PHPStorm?

Hello!
In general, this is the thing, I decided to try to switch from less to sass, and in one jade.
I set up the sass compiler, everything works by default, but I don’t understand how to specify the navel in which to put the compiled one, even specifying the type ../css/$FileNameWithoutExtension$.css does not give anything.
In general, I thought that it would be cool to use some kind of project template, well, like create a project and it immediately created all the necessary directories, created all the settings and downloaded the necessary files.
How can I do that? Maybe somewhere there is already a finished workpiece?

yeoman .
Compiler support in PHPStorm is, of course, good, but assigning the assembly to a separate tool, specially sharpened for this, is even better.
