Is it possible to set a fixed width of a block of text in Microsoft Word?

Greetings.

I wanted to pee in Word and I don't know if it is possible to set a fixed width for a block of text in the WEB page view mode so that this block does not move apart when enlarged.

Now, when the window is enlarged in width, the text itself becomes wider. It looks like this:

For example, in some other editors, the maximum width can be fixed, but in Word, can it be done this way?

As an option - insert a table from one cell, with a fixed width and invisible borders. And move the text there.
