Good afternoon, there is a TV that is connected via hdmi, is it possible to separate the sound, what is on or plays on TV via hdmi, so that the sound is played on TV, and what is on the PC then on the PC?
There are separate programs such as kodi (xbmc) in their settings it is possible to select the audio output, but what about the chrome tab, which is located on the TV side?
Is it even possible?

The question is worded very vaguely.
You have a TV and a monitor, both connected to a PC.
Some apps you drag onto the TV to display a list on it - right?
And at the same time, do you want the program to determine on which of the screens it is displayed and output sound either to the PC speakers or to the TV via HDMI?
If so, then as far as I know, it will not be possible to implement this automatically.
