Good afternoon, how would it be better to connect a poppy, via hdmi it seems like it will only pull 60 hertz, but I need 120, would it be better to just buy a type-c displayport cable and plug it in directly?

There is no HDMI in macbook pro m1 13 " /wiki/HDMI#Version_2.0
