Is it possible to send a request through ipv6 to ipv4?
I want to take myself a small foreign vps, to raise a personal proxy, the problem is that the selected hoster provides only 2 ipv6 addresses for free. I don’t understand, is it possible using only the ipv6 protocol to surf on resources that support only ipv4?

In general, no.
Only if the provider/supplier supports a complex of NAT64 + DNS64 in their network, and, in principle, this does not differ much in terms of functionality for the end user from gray IPv4 + NAT. Even worse, since services that directly hit IPv4 addresses without DNS are likely to fall off.
