How to identify network bottlenecks?
There is a PC in the local network, a file storage is connected to it via USB 3.0, when I copy files locally, the speed is about 80mb / sec. This file storage is mounted on other PCs as a virtual disk and there the speed is only 6-7mb / sec, despite the fact that I have a card weaving, that is, it should be about 11.5mb / sec to download. How to determine where in the network there is a loss of speed? Between us there is 1 non-programmable cisco switch and a programmable mikrotik.

Do not forget about service traffic and other overhead costs when transferring information. If you want to test a network, then test it.
You can not find out the real network bandwidth by chasing files around the ball. Take iperf and test the throughput of the channel.
If the bandwidth is less than 90-95Mbps, then you should look at the network configuration. If everything is OK and you have ~ 100 Mbps, then look towards the balls, about which, by the way, you didn’t say anything at all.
