Is it possible to run a Windows application in a Linux Docker container?

Greetings!
Maybe a stupid question, but still.
I have a Debian machine with Docker CE installed.
And my question is, is it possible to run an application in a Docker Windows container (for example, I want to try www.passmark.com/products/pt.htm)
EN forums say no, but that was before the release of Docker for Windows.
Now on the Docker page there is a beautiful diagram stating that you can run any application on any OS, but apparently we are talking about our own applications :)

No.
Docker is not a very big SUDDEN on top of the Linux kernel.
It simply allows you to isolate and run native Linux applications in a convenient way.
Of the non-native options - perhaps only the launch of Linux applications from under Docker FreeBSD or, on the contrary, the launch of Freesh applications from under Docker Linux - since these operating systems are close.
With Windows, this is basically impossible.
That Docker that is installed in Windows - pulls a full-fledged Linux. And only this makes it possible to run Linux applications in Docker Windows.
The reverse procedure is also non-trivial.
If you need an analogue of Docker to run Windows applications - refer to the Windows Container technology.
