Is it possible to roll an abuse on the Hetzner support?
Hello
Repeatedly faced with the problem that for no known reason the connection of disks in servers disappears (logs are written, the server monitors the state / temperature / smart disks).
I ask support: what is the problem, and they answer me that they are not responsible for the hardware part.
Is there a way to resolve this issue with the support manual, email or something similar?
PS: if it was a special case, I would have kept silent, but it's just some kind of mockery.

There is such a "grunting" social network, in which companies react very sharply to whining - Twitter. In good English, write a tweet about your problem, mention @Hetzner_Online and complain about the fact that you have to go to another host. It is possible that soon they will write you either a replay or a message in direct with a promise to sort it out. If they don’t respond or still don’t figure it out, just go to another hoster.
There is even an opportunity to complain to Google! To Google support :DDD
If you are a media person, a successful politician, an oligarch in the end - then maybe you will succeed. I think they will pay no more attention to the abuse of an ordinary person than I do to a letter from a Nigerian spammer ...
