Is it possible to reward a user for a review on Google Play?

Not for 5 stars, but just for feedback.
For example, show an alert with the requirement to leave a review (no matter: negative or positive) for receiving a coupon as a gift.

In general, this is not very welcome. In Google they can still miss it, Apple bans for this. This is regarded as an incentive to write a positive review.
