Is it possible to restore Windows 7 like this?

I have Windows 7 Home Extended on my computer, but something happened to it, blue screens, it takes a long time to load, etc. I decided to restore it, I have a bootable flash drive, but there is Windows 7 maximum.
Can this be restored? Or will you have to demolish the entire Windows and reinstall it, which you really don’t want to?

What's stopping you from uploading any other Windows you need to a USB flash drive?

You can boot through the standard recovery menu in command, through F8, there you select "recovery". You may need a disk, but the necessary files will just be pulled from it. In this option, the level will not change and extended to the maximum.

Try booting into Safe Mode with F8 while booting. If it works out, you need to run "check and fix errors on the disk" in the context menu on the disk on which Windows is installed (for example, "C:"), which will start only after a reboot.
