Do not install Windows at all?

I wanted to install Windows on a laptop. I made a bootable USB flash drive for Windows 7, I insert, of course, Reboot and select proper boot device. Strange, I think. The flash drive is working, I installed Windows 10 from it the other day. Let me think for another download seven - the same garbage. I did everything through the USB Tool from Microsoft. Then I formatted the flash drive and put 10 UEFI through another program and oh my god, again the laptop does not see it. I insert into another laptop - the same issue. In general, 2 working and normal laptops do not see 2 normal working flash drives, from which I rolled Windows 10 a couple of weeks ago. And from the second laptop I installed Windows on the second flash drive, but no one boots WTF from it ??? What could be? Should I go to the store for a new flash drive or is there a way to completely format it so that it becomes like a new one?
I made a couple more flash drives - again I don’t see it. From the second laptop, through Akronis, I copied the boot + disk C to the first laptop, it gives an error 0xc000000e. I don't believe what is happening. It can not be. All my life I put Windows back and forth, and then suddenly, well, it’s simply unrealistic, the laptop does not see this flash drive at all, well, this is ridiculous by God. And it's useless to install Windows directly on the hard drive and rearrange the hard drive to the laptop, as there will be an error. What to do? To be honest, I'm in a complete stupor, since yesterday evening I can't install Windows, I've been digging for 12 hours.

Try recording via UltraISO in USB-HDD mode.
