Interested in whether it is possible on Android / iOS from my application to respond to an incoming call and, for example, depending on the number, turn on / off the sound (before the start of the call itself, which the user sees). And the same with push notifications of third-party applications - can I track the receipt of a push by a specific application and take some actions (also with sound, for example), while I do not need data from the push, just information about its target (application).
