Is it possible to replace a laptop touchpad with a MacBook one?

Hello.
The fact is that I bought a laptop via the Internet and I really do not like its touchpad. it is plastic and very ill-responsive. Does anyone have experience replacing the touchpad with a non-native one? ideally I would like to put a touchpad from a macbook)
