Why is it bad that the laptop is sold without Rostest? (e.g. Macbook Pro)?

I'm thinking of buying a 17-inch MacBook, but it's surprising that in some stores it is sold at almost American prices. Apparently, these are specimens brought from America that do not have this very Rostest (PCT?). Why is this bad and are these laptops really not covered by the warranty?

The same question, for example, about the Sony Vaio F-series, the F22 in some stores is suspiciously close in price to the numbers from the American sonystyle...

1) factory Russification of the clave (decided by engraving for 1000-1500r)
2) American plug (decided by an adapter for 15r.)
3) brochure-instruction in Russian (do you need it?)

Apple has an international warranty. As I was told in the re-store, the SC absolutely does not care where your equipment comes from. If you registered your device on the site and the warranty is still valid, then there should be no problems with the repair. At least that's what they said.

Things that have passed the growth test are, as it were, “adapted” to Russian reality. In particular, the keyboard is Russified.

You can not worry about anything. Your laptop, wherever it was made or bought, will be under the Apple warranty. Toll free phone support is also available in any country in any language.
The PCT only applies to phones so far.
Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the VAIO.

MBP is a laptop, so any American can travel with it to Europe, Russia, etc. Apple would have a lot of trouble from its US consumers if their appliances were on fire or not connected to the WiFi network in other countries.

I have only one suggestion.
The laptop has a wifi module.
Can it be used in Russia without a Rostest badge?

Regarding the engraving, but not easier (so as not to accidentally lose the guarantee) to stick stickers?

International guarantee. In ss, even the serial number is looked at on the macbook itself and does not require any paperwork. Repair without problems and claims.
Do not engrave to avoid warranty issues. This is the only nuance.
