Is it possible to repair the board (photo)?
Hello!
There is a board damaged by coffee (it was spilled locally and a very long time ago). After removing the liquid, the picture shown in the attached photo turned out. Potential damage locations are shown in red.
The circuit works partially - the push-button elements work properly, but part (exactly part) of the LED elements does not work (do not glow).
Question to the experts - is it possible to return the full functionality of the board?
If yes, which specialists should be contacted? Recommendations and references are welcome.
Thank you in advance!
p.s. clarified terms from @VZVZ answer
upd. on the advice of VZVZ , the board was repaired in a specialized company for a ridiculous (relative to the cost of a new board) 2000 rubles.

The microcircuit will be repaired to you only in Zelenograd or in Silicon Valley, and in the photo there is a board, not a microcircuit. In principle, any board can be repaired.
You can try to contact the specialists in the repair of computers, phones, tablets. It is in these devices that the most complex boards are. Therefore, such craftsmen have all the necessary equipment - not only soldering irons, but also soldering guns and IR (the last 2 are needed for SMD components, which are many on your board, and they are also needed for multilayer boards, and again, this board looks like - multilayer)
If there is an elementary tester with a diode continuity function - poke it into the LEDs, in one of the positions + - one should dimly light up. It is possible that one of the diodes died, taking a couple of series-connected ones with it.
