The situation is as follows: I am an individual who has a licensed-purchased BOX version of Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard English non-EU / EFTA 10 Client P73-05973 (hereinafter referred to as the server operating system) and also server hardware of the Supermicro platform (hereinafter referred to as server).
Can I draw up a lease agreement with a legal entity for the right to lease my purchased server operating system and the server equipment itself to a legal entity?
