Is it possible to refuse TK?

Good afternoon everyone. I'm going to look for a job as a front-end, 2 years experience. I would like to avoid three-stage interviews and large test tasks if possible. The last time I was looking for a job, the offers were different, including taking on the basis of a 30-minute conversational interview + 20 minutes for tasks and theory. When I realized that this was possible, it was a pity for the days spent on TK and nerves for 3-stage interviews.

Is there any way to increase the likelihood of shorter interviews? What should I say to an HR if I like the vacancy, but I’m ready to spend 2 days on TK only if I can’t get a job faster in other places?

Say that you don't do test tasks and they will just go looking for the next candidate

Yes. But this will be tantamount to refusing an interview.
But this does not mean that you will not be able to work with this company in the future.
Well, a test for two days of work is nonsense. Typically, a test should not take more than a few hours from the developer

Ask for payment for TK if it is for 2 days. Because you have been doing TK for these 2 days and you don’t have time to look for another vacancy where you might have been hired without TK. So you say.

You don’t look for work so often to worry about it
Calculate how much you spend a day on the road and multiply by 365 and think better how to save it

Whatever you want depends not on you, but on the employer.
Somewhere the interview goes without a test, somewhere with a test. There are no general rules that all employers would take and obey.
If you like the vacancy - communicate, negotiate. If you don't want to, look where you won't have to negotiate. But it will most likely take more time.

If you have the guts, then why not. Many simply ask for a git, and they are already driving at the social security. And if there is no git, then you will have to do it here.

Didn't find what you were looking for?
