Rostelecom provides a video surveillance service. They install hiwatch i114 cameras with their own firmware.
Question to those who have encountered such cameras: Is it possible to upload another (factory) firmware to them?

Yes, you can reflash. These are HIkvision cameras. Everything is changed without any problems.

You can reflash. The old ones are no problem. It is necessary to perform the regular procedure for restoring the firmware, but the firmware must first be slightly tweaked. More details on my website .
In the new firmware, this feature was cut off. Now only sew the dump directly into the chip - the procedure is much more complicated and requires additional equipment.
