Is it possible to reduce the quality of jpeg files using the Postcss plugin?

It is necessary to optimize the site (which was not done by me)
I saw a bunch of large jpeg images there (as 99%)
Is there any way to reduce it all at once, it comes to mind to do this one image at a time through Photoshop.
How can this be optimized, I would like the postcss plugin I
didn’t find it in Google

And what does the css postprocessor and your jpgs have to do with it? Do it with the help of grunt/gulp plugins or something like this https://habrahabr.ru/post/168251/ It's not a problem to google such tools for the query "compress jpg pictures" or something like that.

Advanced jpeg compressor will help. Just tinker with the quality settings so that you don’t get ugliness in the output
